For hiring managers & founders
I'll tell you the truth. I can also prove it.
A direct pitch for hiring or engaging me — not a resume, not a highlight reel. Every claim on this page points at something you can check.

Who this is for
For you, if
- You have a real, messy problem — a regulated system, a team that isn't telling you what's actually happening, a build nobody wants to touch — and you want someone who names it plainly before proposing anything.
- You're trying to figure out whether AI-agent-directed delivery is real or a slide deck. I run it in production, not in a demo.
- You want the person doing the work to also be the person who tells you when the timeline or the approach is wrong — before it costs you the budget.
Not for you, if
- You want agreement instead of a diagnosis. I'll tell you when a plan won't work, in the room, before anyone's spent money on it.
- You're shopping for the cheapest hands available. I'm not the fastest keyboard in the building; I'm the one who tells you which build not to start.
- You want a black box. What I ship — including what breaks — ends up written down somewhere you can read it. If you'd rather no one kept a paper trail, this isn't a fit.

Why trust the honesty
I've shipped inside constraints that punish sloppy honesty.
Eleven years building CRM, e-commerce, and clinical systems under regulatory constraint — the kind of environment where "it's fine" has to be true, not just said.
See the workI run agent teams in production, not in a pitch deck.
Picket and Argus are live products built and directed by agent teams I manage today — not a proof of concept.
This is howWhen something breaks, I write down what broke.
Two builds once got marked "done" because CI was green while the pull request was still open. I turned that into a rule — done means green and merged, checked every time — and it's posted on the site, not scrubbed from it.

The corporate-game part
Here's the part that isn't just directness: I know how to sit in the room, hit the deadline, and not blow up the relationship when the diagnosis is unwelcome. Eleven years inside a regulated pharma company teaches you that fast — you don't get to just be right, you have to be right in a way legal, a VP, and a regulator can all still work with. That's the muscle underneath the honesty above. It didn't cost me the enterprise credibility. It's why I still have it.

Send me the problem.
Tell me what's actually going on — not the polished version. I'll tell you plainly whether I'm the right person for it, and if I'm not, I'll say that too.
